Paul Williams has been The Washing Machine Man since February 2007. Having worked for a major washing machine manufacturer for 10 years, he says his experience convinced him it was time to go out on his own.

"I have a lot of experience with washers, and know how to service or repair most makes and models of them," Paul said. "In fact, I don't think I've come across one yet that I don't at least know how to repair."

This is important to Paul, who says he will only repair a washing machine if it's worth the owner's while. "If it's going to cost more to repair than buy a new one, I'll always tell my customers," said Paul.

Paul is rightly proud of the service he offers his customers, and says that he will always try and fit his jobs in around what is convenient for them. "I'll do evenings and weekends if necessary, and I always try and work in with my customers' needs."
